Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges & Cancellations
- Items are not returnable, unless you are a Star Club Member.
- Requests for cancellations or changes must be emailed to wishweb@awishcometrue.com.
- No exchange fees. Customer will pay shipping on exchange.
- $5.00 per piece fee for each cancellation.
- We cannot add to orders already in process.
- 3XLA and 4XLA sizes cannot be canceled or exchanged.
- Call for a return authorization number (RA#), valid for 10 days.
- Exchanges are a new order with corresponding delivery time.
- Exchanges only accepted for two weeks after shipping.
- Clearly write your RA# on your shipping label and send to 2530 Pearl Buck Rd, Bristol, PA 19007.
- Exchanges without a valid RA# will be refused.
- Replacement items cannot be shipped until your original items have been received or replacement items have been paid for.
- Altered, worn or soiled items will not be accepted.

For all customers, we are now offering FREE size exchanges with NO RESTOCKING FEES of unworn products any time within the current recital season through May 31st. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing your return.
We are excited to now offer FREE returns to Gold ($20K annual) and Silver ($10K annual) Star Club Members up to 30 days from the date your order shipped, to return eligible items for a refund to the original form of payment. See full Star Club details here.
Please note that A Wish Come True retains the right to issue an account credit in place of a refund.

Exchanges*
- Call, fax, mail or email to request a change or exchange. Please include:
- Customer Number
- Original Order Number
- Style and Color Number
- Size(s) you need as well as sizes you want to return
- Date you need the replacement items in hand
*In many cases, exchanges can be made available earlier than the current ship date listed online for that item. You can request this on the online return/exchange form. If time is of the essence, we recommend that you place a new order for the sizes you need with a Customer Service Representative by calling 215-781-2000 or 1-800-755-2248, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM EST. Please be sure to order all pieces that you are exchanging; for example, if you ordered a leotard and separate fringe skirt and need both in a larger size, please be sure your new order includes both pieces. As a courtesy, if your exchange is paid in full with a credit card, you may hold the incorrect sizes until you have the replacements. You have 10 business days after receiving the replacement sizes to return the original incorrect sizes for refund. Send only the item(s) to be exchanged. Please note this extended return policy time is only for size exchanges, not returns.
Approval Process
You must have a Return Authorization Number (or RA#) in order to send back your item(s). To obtain a Return Authorization, please fill out the online return/exchange form. You can also email customer service at wishweb@awishcometrue.com or call 215-781-2000 or 1-800-755-2248 to start your return Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM EST.
Before shipping back your order(s):- Please print the Return Authorization Summary sent to you via email or by one of our Customer Service Representatives and include it with the items to be returned.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the package.
- Be sure to send all items that are included as part of a costume, such as: hair poufs, gloves, skirts, etc. Do not include optional accessories purchased separately.
- Return items should be sent to A Wish Come True, 2530 Pearl Buck Road, Bristol, PA 19007.
Please return your merchandise within 10 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number or the item(s) may no longer be eligible for return. You are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend choosing a delivery carrier with tracking capability.
In order to accept your exchange or return:
- All merchandise must be returned in new and unworn condition in the original resealable packaging with tags attached.
- Merchandise must not have writing on the tag.
- Laundered items cannot be returned.
- Shoes must be returned in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes with original tissue paper. Boxes that have been written on and/or taped cannot be returned.
- Please do not use the product packaging as a shipping container; place any item(s) that are still in their original packaging inside another shipping container or box.
- Do not tape and/or label shoe boxes or product packaging before sending via US mail; the packaging gets destroyed and the item(s) cannot be accepted for return.
Any merchandise received not complying with these instructions will not be processed.
