All inclusive service to Canada

You will receive no bills from any 3rd party regarding your A Wish Come True purchases.

A Wish Come True is a Non-Resident Importer of Record (#813731676). This optimizes our shipments through customs and reduces ship times. With A Wish Come True acting as both the exporter and importer of record, you do not have to be involved in the import process which makes doing business as easy as purchasing from a Canadian company. And, you incur NO BROKERAGE FEES!

$60 USD FLAT RATE SHIPPING for orders of $2,500+ USD.

For orders less than $2,500 USD, shipping charges displayed in chart below cover brokerage and freight fees via UPS. Due to the expense of brokerage and shipping, we do not do split ships to Canada. A Wish Come True calculates and includes all taxes and duties at the time your order is placed. A Wish Come True is registered with the Canadian Revenue Agency to collect and pay these fees on your behalf. Your order will list details for each of the following: freight, duty, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and/or HST when applicable.

FAQs

What does flat rate shipping or all-inclusive service mean?

A Wish Come True will charge you a flat rate based on the cost of your order after any discounts. This flat rate includes S&H and brokerage fees for ground shipping. We also calculate the duties and taxes at the time of purchase and include the breakdown of those charges on your order. You pay nothing more. Paying these fees in advance eliminates any surprises, which allows you to properly price items for your students.

Am I paying in US dollars? What exchange rate am I paying?

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments must be in US funds. The conversion rate paid will be available on your credit card or bank statement. Orders must be paid in full before shipping and orders will ship complete. C.O.D. and split shipping is not available.

What duties and taxes will I be charged?

A Wish Come True has NO duty on US made products. Duty on our imported products is 18%. Taxes will vary depending on where you live and can range from 5 – 15%. The PST tax is not charged for studios in British Columbia (7%), Manitoba (7%), Québec (9.75%), and Saskatchewan (5%) since we import into Ontario as a Non-Resident Importer of Record. Customers in these provinces save by purchasing from A Wish Come True. All duty, shipping, and taxes are charged at time of purchase so there are no surprise fees.

How long does it take for items to arrive? How do they ship?

Depending on an items availability it can ship 1-8 weeks after your order is placed. Most shipments then take between 5–7 business days, depending on where you live. Some remote areas could take up to 10 business days, though this is not the norm. Items ship via UPS unless otherwise negotiated.

Can I ship with a carrier besides UPS?

If you would like to ship with a carrier other than UPS, place your online order using the Check Option and make a note in the comments or call us. We would love to discuss any way to improve our service to your area. Using a carrier other than UPS can be arranged, but brokerage fees and shipping rates would vary.
