Yes. We know many of you are working from home temporarily and may not be visiting your studios to receive shipments. If you are expecting a shipment from us and need to request a new ship-to address, please click here to change your ship-to location and we will be happy to re-direct your shipment.
If your order was placed in the last 2 weeks, you may cancel your order. All cancellation fees will be waived. Exclusions apply. If you have additional questions on changes or cancellations, please review our Changes and Exchanges Policies Page.
Yes, we plan to be a supporting partner in these uncertain times. If you need more time for size exchanges due to your studio closure we would be happy to accommodate you. Size exchanges from orders placed from the 2020 Dance Catalog will have until 11/1/2020 to be exchanged for size. All size exchange fees will be waived. This timing will be reevaluated as the situation continues to change.
We were working hard to manufacture and deliver all orders as timely as possible. Unfortunately, due to our recent factory shut down we may experience some delays. If you have a specific date need, please contact customer service email@example.com and they will be happy to assist you.
