COVID-19 Studio Update
A Wish Come True is proud to be doing our part to support our community hospitals by manufacturing and donating safety masks.
As a family-owned manufacturing business, we understand you are facing unprecedented concerns as a business owner. We plan to be a supporting partner in these uncertain times. Together our dance businesses will navigate this challenge with determination, understanding and creativity.
We hope to get back to our regularly scheduled tutu making soon. Until then, as part of our commitment to keep you informed, here are some details we think might help:
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, however you DO NOT need to take any action immediately. Current order shipping is limited. If items are shipping to your commerical address (aka your studio) our customer service team will be contacting you before shipping to confirm or modify your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order was placed in the last 2 weeks, you may cancel your order. All cancellation fees will be waived.

Will I have more time for size exchanges?
Yes, we plan to be a supporting partner in these uncertain times. If you need more time for size exchanges due to your studio closure we would be happy to accommodate you. Size exchanges from orders placed from the 2020 Dance Catalog will have until 9/1/2020 to be exchanged for size. All size exchange fees will be waived. This timing will be reevaluated as the situation continues to change.
Will my open order be delayed?
We were working hard to manufacture and deliver all orders as timely as possible. Unfortunately, due to our recent factory shut down we may experience some delays. If you have a specific date need, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org
and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I return costumes?
We are not currently accepting returns. A Wish Come True costumes are made-to-order, which means that each costume was cut and sewn in our factory specifically for your students.
